Lindsay Lohan Hospitalized After Highway Car Crash
ET Canada can confirm that Lindsay Lohan was in a car accident along the Pacific Coast Highway in California.
The actress' rep tells us: "Lindsay was involved in an automobile accident today on her way to the ["Liz & Dick"] set. She was brought to Santa Monica UCLA hospital as a precaution. She is fine and was released less than two hours later and is already headed back to the set to resume work. Fortunately, no one was seriously injured in the accident."
Her Porsche reportedly hit an 18-wheeler from behind, totaling her car. But, thankfully the Santa Monica Fire Department tells us both occupants including Lohan and her assistant were transported by ambulance to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Santa Monica Police tell us Linsday complained of pain, but had no visible injuries, while the male passenger had minor visible injuries. Both were tested for impairment at the scene and both came out negative.
The "Liz & Dick" star has been filming the Lifetime biopic at Marina Del Rey this week.
