Exclusive: Michael Buble On Becoming A Dad
The phone is on and close at hand, it could be days, it could be minutes, it could be hours before Michael Buble is a dad. The Canadian crooner sits down with only ET Canada's Erin Cebula for his last interview before officially becoming a dad.
"I'm about 15 to 20 minutes away from home," Michael tells Erin exclusively, adding, "just in case anything happens. I'm there."
Admitting it's a little hard to focus on anything but the impending Baby Buble, Michael says, "I don't know what to expect, because obviously I've never expected before, so I'm just really enjoying it."
Continuing on, the singer confirms he's having a son saying, "we're excited, we can't wait to know what it's like, we can't wait to meet this little guy."
"She says he's going to be a tennis player, or he will be a football player," Michael says of wife Lusiana's hopes for an athletic little boy. But he hopes to keep his Canadian hertiage alive, telling Erin, "but I said 'no way!' he will play for the Vancouver Canucks. He will be the smallest power forward ever."
