Charlize Theron Gets Parenting Help From Her Dogs
New mom Charlize Theron has never been more in love and neither have her dogs! On The Ellen DeGeneres Show the actress dished about her pups' fondness for her new bundle of joy, Jackson, calling their relationship the most beautiful thing she's ever seen: "From the moment this baby came into our home. Those two dogs have never been more in love."
The pooches are so helpful, Charlize even gives them parenting credit: "People keep saying, oh you’re a single mom and I’m like actually I’m not. I got two boys helping me out." And she claims both dogs have developed their own unique baby skills. The terrier Berkley keeps an eye out for Jackson and his pacifier, which apparently he is so fond of he'll pop it in to his own mouth on occasion.
Meanwhile, the family pit bull, Charlize says is equally as incredible: " The pitt woke up with me for every feed, for every change, and whenever the baby would cry the pitt would start crying."
While her pups fell for Jackson the moment they set eyes on him, the doting mom claims her love was two years in the making. While going through the lengthy adoption process, she says her feelings just kept growing: "It really took two years of just waiting and then one day it’s finally there. It just feels exactly how it’s supposed to feel. I don’t know how to describe it. It just feels right."
