Mere days after longstanding “American Idol” host Ryan Seacrest penned a mega deal to return to the show, he’s back at it, building his personal brand with NBCUniversal.

Seacrest has signed a contract renewal for a two-year deal with the extended company - which will add ‘Special Correspondent for The Today Show, NBC Primetime News and Entertainment Programming’ as well as ‘2012 London Olympic Correspondent,’ to his already overflowing list of jobs.

Ryan isn’t the only reality television star to be making headlines for penning major deals as of late.

Like it or not, the entire Kardashian clan will be back for another three seasons. "Keeping Up With The Kardashains" – executive produced by Seacrest – was recently renewed for a whopping $40 million, making it the most profitable deal in reality television history.

Meanwhile, Britney Spears is also ready to cash in on a reality TV deal. The pop princess is rumoured to be close to signing on the dotted line to be a judge on “The X Factor”, with a reported offer of $15 million and a very vocal endorsement from Simon Cowell himself.
