ScarJo Recalls 'Grief' of Divorce

Featured on the May cover of Vogue, blonde bombshell Scarlett Johansson opens up about her heartbreaking romances with ex-husband Ryan Reynolds, and breaks her silence on dating Sean Penn.

The actress who is currently promoting her new movie, The Avengers, tells the magazine she's still hurting from the collapse of her two-year marriage to Reynolds. Johansson, 27, calls the breakup "comically amicable" but says that breakup was a horrible experience. "It was devastating. It really throws you. You think that your life is going to be one way, and then, for various reasons or whatever, it doesn't work out."

Johansson goes on to say that divorce is one of the loneliest things you'll ever have to do. She recalls the breakup still gives her grief. "It's just that not having your buddy around all the time is weird. There's no rule book. I think it's just time," says Johansson.

The actress is more tight-lipped about her five month relationship with 51-year-old actor, Sean Penn whom she dated after the split with Reynolds. She calls Penn a 'remarkable person,' but won't say much more other than to say "We spent time together, yeah. I never put a title on it, really, but we were seeing each other."
