And on Tuesday, Wills was spotted looking upbeat as he visited King Edward VII Hospital for a second time, where Catherine is "continuing to feel better" while being treated for acute morning sickness according to a statement issued by the Palace today.

The official statement continues: "She and the Duke are immensely grateful for the good wishes they have received. She will remain in hospital at present and will continue to be treated for Hyperemesis Gravidarum."

Even though the pregnancy was just revealed yesterday due to the hospitalizaiton, royal watchers have already begun suggesting baby names for the newest member set to join the royal family.

From Elizabeth and Diana to Charles and Edward, all kinds of monikers fit for a King or Queen are swirling. A few other regal names being thrown out there include Spencer, George, Victoria and Margaret. Which name would you give Wills and Kate's first born?
